Meet Chase Group
Chase Group Construction was founded by Chase Landry in Lafayette, Louisiana after working in the construction industry for over 17 years in South Louisiana. After graduating from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Chase made Acadiana his home. His background includes commercial building, real estate investment, land development, and site selection. Chase has the experience from working in the field as a labor hand, supervisor, and finally up to company owner after following the footsteps of his father in the family business. Chase enjoys taking on challenging projects and working with clients to understand their specific needs. Chase deployed the "five why's" technique to his team to identify the root cause of problems and develop effective solutions. This approach helps Chase Group Construction deliver targeted action plans that address the underlying issue and prevent similar problems from occurring in the future.
Growth Path
Understanding that business owners want a full service company, Chase acquired a real estate brokers license and started participating in land development to better serve his clients. The result was that Chase Group acquired more team members for site selection and due diligence which added value to his company. Recently Chase Group expanded again to include a range of Civil Construction services through their Civil Division.
Generations of Louisiana Builders
Chase was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana but grew up in Morgan City where he learned the commercial construction business under the tutelage of his father and family of hands-on craftsman in South Louisiana including welding, steel fabrication, steel erection, and master carpenters.
Early Experience
At a young age, Chase began renovating his own commercial and residential units for income property as part of his journey to his construction company. He understands the process of investing in commercial property better than most because of this personal experience. That knowledge led to raw land development as a natural progression of combined skillsets.
